Why isn’t everyone making this?! Step aside classic 7 layer dip, THIS is the best possible thing you can bring to your next get together.

Every bite is a rich mouth coating combination of sweet, salty, and spicy, and the Tomato Wheels Lambrusco works with it ALL. It has those palate cleansing bubbles and acidity, a bite of tannin that loves the salty fatty layers, and juicy berry flavours that are made for charcuterie classics like Asiago, cured meats, olives, and fig! 😍

RECIPE

Ingredients:
(for the artichoke dip)
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts
- 2-3 tbsp artichoke heart brine

- ¼ cup Fig spread (jam/preserve)
- 1 ball of Boursin cheese
- ¼ cup Spicy olive tapenade (chopped up marinated Kalamata olives and chili peppers)
- drizzle of honey (~2 tbsp)
- ¼ cup chopped prosciutto
- ¼ cup chopped Genoa salami
- ¼ cup grated Asiago cheese
- ¼ sliced green olives
- Serve with Carr’s Parmesan crackers!

Directions:
- Mix all ingredients for the artichoke dip in a separate bowl.
- Grab your cutest dip dish and start layering your charcuterie fixings! Start with the artichoke dip and keep adding each layer of ingredients one by one. Note: You can choose any of your favourite charcuterie fixings!
- Enjoy with Parmesan @carrs_uk crackers and your favourite chilled Lambrusco!
