I really do not get what the hate is for her. When she makes a deal she might work as hard as any of the other sharks to help someone. By the way she is not fired she was on the latest episode last week November of 2023

There has been only one episode where I was royally pissed at her when she dealt with that young entreprenauer gal from NYC selling the jam. I'm glad Cuban came to her aid.

She was about to be switched for another person and made the producers audition both of them. She won and has been on for 14 seasons

She wasn't fired but it's pretty obvious that you can tell in the earlier Seasons she used to have this misconception that what they were trying to do was give money to the people to help them and she would always try to help people and her deals will always fall through and she would never make any money off of anything whereas the other sharks were a little more ruthless and less inclined to help people. And when she went missing for a while and then came back you can see a difference in her thought process to give money to people because she never was making money and she wanted to start making sure that she was giving money to the right people and that they were going to do something with her money instead of just use it for some bullshit

But that's the basic gist of what happened in the beginning she was just giving her money out and not making anything back because she was just basically trying to be nice and then she was just pissed because later on she was losing money in the deals

But to go one further she was also getting mad when a deal would get lost to another shark and they made money on it and she didn't but it really just came down to the fact that she was mainly giving money to the wrong people and didn't really understand the concept of what they were doing when it came down to the fact that they had to be a lot more strict with how they invested in just random people. I guess she assumed that they were there so they were trying to build a company and just not everybody has that ability or drive to make it a success

There's nothing wrong with firing people who do not contribute or produce anything to grow the business. I applaud Barb for that.
