I have an idea for this plate that can actually make it ready to use product for pubs and clubs.

for that, instead of opening the plate, fix it permanently and make a drawer beneath the plate. The base of the drawer should be movable up and down. rest of the functions would be as you made.

This way people can simply put new solid CO2 in the drawer ...I am sure you understood what I am suggesting. if not I am here..but I assure you, this way can make it ready for production use.
