How is there NOT a big budget film about The Great Chicago Fire™️?

The thing that befuddles me the most, is that a Great Chicago Fire museum was NEVER erected. All that is left are but a few momentos that survived the fires clutches. The rest was bulldozed into Lake Michigan, that extended it outward. So much of it's history, lies beneath the lake.
