Question, I can squat 405 below parallel at 150 bw (5'7 in height) and my max running vertical jump is closing on 41 inches, however I feel I am still stronger compared to my current vertical jump ability. My power clean is at 225, should I focus on increasing my max powerclean? For reference, isaiah rivera could not squat 405 but power cleaned 285 recently with ease at 180.

hey Nathanael is vert code good for 1 leg jumpers and is yes there are exercises like rfees iso reps which is the same as Bulgarian squat but you stay there for 10sec then stand quickly and you do 3 sets of it in which you put your right leg in 90-degree angle but since I am a 1 leg jumper should I do left leg instead please reply Nathanael
