Compliment your hard work with some proper real food nutrition. Here’s a day of eats off the Purebody Menu:

🥞 Protein Pancakes
- 3 egg whites
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 scoop of your favourite protein

Mix all the ingredients and cook on a pan until brown. Top with cottage cheese, berries and honey.

🥩 Steak Sourdough Sandwich
- steak
- sourdough
- avocado
- kim-chi
- 2 fried eggs

Smashed togerher between two pieces of toasted sourdough for the perfect sandwich.

🐠 Salmon Poke Bowl
- wild caught salmon
- bone broth rice
- brocolli
- pine nuts
- avocado

Replace water with bone broth for some extra protein in your rice. Toast the pine nuts for some extra crunch!
