Adidas Evo SL Review: Actually Affordable

This is my initial review of Adidas Adizero Evo SL. A shoe that I strongly believe will become a fan favorite when it lands. This is easily the best shoe at the price it will launch at. Packed with premium foam for the midsole for a simple but premium running shoe.

I aint an Addidas guy. But however Addias Running Pitched the SL2 or This to their bosses at THE PRICE OF 130 BUCKS, they are killing it with the pricing. I hope Addidas will succeed with that strategy, and others will follow.

I was wishing that Adidas will make a shoe that will have the Lightstrike Pro without the carbon rods. When this came out, the shoe geek in me got really excited. The Evo SL is also the daily trainer I was wishing for to compliment the Adios Pro 3. They have the same foam and having this in my rotation will help me preserve my Adios Pro 3's. Very comfortable upper, bouncy midsole, and it is quite affordable. I won't recommend this for a beginner runner though but I highly recommend this for those, like me, who love the Adios Pro 3.

What does the size you have says in centimeter? Adidas website says that 45 1/3 (US11) is 28cm which usually is a 44-44/5.

Is the shoe good for long runs? Im a budget runner and not breaking any records. I’ll use it to train and do a cruisy comfy marathon.

Hey Aubrey ... great review ... just a thought: what do you think the lifespan of this shoe will be ... since there is lightstike pro in the midsole without a plate or rods ... my only concern is, that the foam could become too soft over time? ... or am I wrong
