As a professional defense technology engineer, this is very shallow comparison. the spike family has multiple variants from short range 2.5km, to medium range 4 km, to long rane 8 km, to extended range 30 km. it can be shoulder fired or vehicle mounted to airborne mounted on a helicopter ot UAV. Javelin has only 1 variant. also the spike is an out of line of sight missile you can fire it behind a hill, and guide it to a target around it. the guidance is via thermal camera located on the missile head and projected at the operator monitor. you can also change target in flight because of that, when you see the opportunity in mid flight via the man in the loop camera . also the operator can be in a protected location out of the target sight. because you do not need to see the target when fring. its in fact a small "air craft", you launch and then guide its flight while airborne. all those capabilities do not exist in Javelin. spike is the only 6th generation ATGM in the world, Javelin is 5th generation. also price, the spike is cheaper, much cheaper. that is why most advanced buyers buy spikes and not Javelin. look at EU countries such as Germany etc... its a generation ahead of the US counterpart. Israel defense technology industry is usually the best, at the things it does. it doesn't do everything, but what it does, its state of the art. israel ATGM's, anti air craft and anti missile defense, electronic warfare and radar technology, air to air missiles, and precision munition, also UAV's, are considered to be ranked top in their domain. their endless experience due to endless conflicts in their region, put them in this position. them being hi tech nation add a lot.
for example, US is buying from israel the active protection system for their tanks and APC's. call iron fist, and trophy (two systems yes israel has 2 while US has none). US now buys ATGM's - spike extended range, for their AH64, instead of the hellfire because the Israel spike is a better misile. more modern 6th generation and 4 times the range. US also buys anti missile defense systems like the iron dome from Israel, as only Israel has this technology in the world (sponsored and payed by US - its American money and Israel development, part of US defense aid to Israel).one more important to note, spike sold globally for export to much more countries and much more quantities than Javelin. The US thinks on buying it as well and its testing it.

The 6th generation SPIKE NLOS now has an extended range of up to 50 km when launched from a helicopter and up to 32km when fired from land or naval platforms. A single operator and launcher can fire and control up to four missiles simultaneously, allowing for the element of surprise against enemy forces. Also the new Target Image Acquisition capability allows the NLOS to pick out the commander’s tank or the most important hostile asset and strike it.

Control over the sixth generation SPIKE missile can be transferred between battlefield platforms mid-flight, allowing for uninterrupted operational pace and seamless collaboration between systems. For example, if a helicopter launches the missile but flies out of the area, a ground vehicle in the same attack zone vicinity can take control of it and navigate the missile toward the target.

The data is very wrong here

1) Max effective range for Javelin is 2500 m, for Spike LR - 4 km and Spike LR2 - 5.5 km
2) Speed is nearly same. Flight time of Javelin to 2500 m is 15 sec, for Spike - 15.5 sec.

Length and diameter also wrong, but thats not so important.

What about price per unit cost?
That should have been included.

a comparative price would also be interesting

Both Javelin and Spike takes 30 seconds to acquire target for fire and forget mode while S Korean AT1K Raybolt is ready to fire without any wait time for fire and forget target acquisition making it most advanced fire and forget ATGW. Saudi army used AT1K in Yemen war to hit small moving motorcycle and it costs less than half of Javelin. Penetration is same for AT1K and Javelin.

it is not really a fair comparison you are comparing a medium-range missile against a long-range missile

A lot of capability of any system at the far ends of the bell curve is lost due to the fact that the users will never use them at the edges of the en elope. Just because it can be used in a certain way doesn't mean it will be (either by operational restrictions or human capacity). No one will shoot at 4Km, your sergeants will smack the crap out of you if you een ask (i know im one of those sergeants). No one is going to be missle bending shots over a hill either. Under 2Km, pen of 1000mm, fire and forget, tandem warhead, end of list. The Only deciding factor between these two should be cost and availability. My dream is a CV90 with the new 50mm Bushmaster II and a twin Spike launcher in a hammerhead mount. Throw in some nifty Trophy system protection and that's a world beater.

I would choose the MMP missile any day!
