✅ Also i have shared few extra options of my breakfast, lunch & dinner pictures for reference, do not consider all the pictures shown as the one day consumption 😅 (listen to the Voice over for better understanding na)

✅ I am still trying to add more protein in my diet slowly, as I have very less options so one step at a time 🙈🫶🏻

✅We make the whole wheat bread at home itself.

✅I AM NOT VEGAN but I eat vegan food ☺️ as you all know I am just intolerant to dairy & also maida nothing else so please understand before making a conclusion.

Disclaimer: I am not forcing anyone to quit dairy, it’s totally YOUR choice, I avoid it because I am intolerant to it ♥️

My what i eat in a day
Breatfast - chai paratha
School lunch - aalu puri (mostly)
Home lunch - sabji rooti
Dinner - sabji rooti

It is a luxury for lower middle class 😁 so we don't care for our skin so much & enjoy whatever we have to eat & struggle for our better future 😊

Before breakfast:❌
After 1/2 an hour for breakfast:❌
Breakfast:❌
Lunch: Rice dal
Evening:❌
Dinner:Rice egg
If I'm not feeling hungry:❌

I had cystic acne for more than 10 years. Sugar, fried food, dairy never was a problem. Now i have acne free skin and i love eating those things and never have new acne, unle. Yes every body is different. She can have problems with those that doesn't mean you have all those things problems

What I eat in a day
Morning start with Warm water
Breakfast - chaii or dudh
Lunch - 3 rotii with sabji
Evening - 1 cup chai
Dinner - 3 rotii with sabji

For breakfast I have 3-4 eggs and 2 slices of bacon or 4 ounces chicken; no lunch and dinner is 8-10 ounce of fish, pork or red meat; snack 1-2 times fruit, nuts or protein bar … low carb, high protein diet has worked great for body recomposition: more lean body mass and less fat mass
