The Sahasrara Chakra symbolises detachment from illusion; an essential element in obtaining higher consciousness of the truth that one is all and all is one.

I came here to relieve my heavy migraine, after trying literally everything I could, and as I laid with tears of pain, I remembered these series and how the previous ones helped me. I think I had a full on spiritual experience while listening to this.


Main insight so far is this: "The truth cannot change me in any way, because I am already made of truth. My existence is already in accordance with truth."

Throughout this meditation my mind was just racing and I was really resisting this one for some reason. I was thinking about what I want to do next, the next tarot deck I want to work with, etc. A voice came into my head and asked “what are you running from?”. I realized that my mind was trying to distract me or protect me, but now I’m trying to figure out from what. I guess there’s something deep within myself I still need to discover!
