I’ve gone from meditating for 10mins, to 20mins and now onto 30mins. Definitely more positive and it has brought down my anxiety. I used to fidget a lot, like moving my feet back and fourth or flicking pens. Then one day in the office, I notice that I was sitting still and I no longer doing those things and I’m happier than I’ve been in a long time. 😊❤️❤️
