Did you use Premiere Pro and After Effects with it. If so, how does it perform in this software, especially in 4k playback, and should I buy it for freelance video editing? What do you think about that? Also, I am curious to know which one will be better gunnir photon or Sparkle Roc when both have similar prices. Actually, spec-wise sparkle is good cause it has 560 Gbps bandwidth and Gunnir 512 but Gunnir has 3 fans. So what do you recommend me based on your experience with Sparkle roc a770? Will 2 fans create an issue in the heavy workload or it will be perfectly fine. Please let me know. Thank you.

Don't be misled by the term "gaming PC." Any PC that can run games is technically a gaming PC. The difference is that some are specifically optimized for gaming performance, while others are geared more towards productivity tasks.
