@49:00 It's rather sickening to me the way we've come to normalize that the president will appoint an attorney general who will make these federal cases against him 'go away'. They are saying it in a tone and such that makes it seem like that's the way it's supposed to work. SMH

Does anyone remember where Trump's legal team wants to move venue to in his trials?
WEST VIRGINIA!
That's how fair - minded they are.

*49:02* It is a *bold* thing to say the _"jurors didn't know about that"_ when there were allegedly *two lawyers* among the jurors. Is Ms. Scheindlin implying those lawyers were ignorant of _"the fruitlessness of arguing for violation of state law in a federal election"?_ By extension, is Scheindlin suggesting the New York DA was either _fraudulently_ or _ignorantly_ bringing a charge he shouldn't have, and that *Trump's defense team* was also ignorant of this impropriety? Those are some serious accusations she is making there.

I think that Donald Trump should really get a good read of William Shakespeare’s tragedy play, Macbeth …

Trump: "This was a horrendous miscarriage of justice!"
Reporter: "But isn't it true, Mr. Trump, that Michael Cohen went to prison for much the same?"
Trump: "Yeah, but he is not running for president."

If you go to trial instead of pleading guilty and lose, jail is required. That is how it works for all Americans.

He must get as much as Cohen served for following his orders. Plus whatever is appropriate for 10 counts of contempt of court.

Ineffective assistance only applies for public defenders. When you can hire your own lawyer, do your due diligence.

We need to STOP calling him former president . His shameful behavior is not worth of such a title. Beside, he is facing 60 other charges some worse than the ones he was convicted for. Beside,
Who else would have been allowed to walk outta the courtroom after being convicted .

I don`t know how they could do that, and not BIden or Clinton, what is with justice, I don`t want to be a democrat anymore.
