I’ve noticed that some cats tend to do this because they are willing to share something that isn’t special, but the moment its a one of a kind toy or bed there is a battle over who gets to have it. 😂

So to anyone wondering why they share the bed only AFTER you bought a second cats very much need their own "personal zones" that they can claim as their own, it's why it's recommended that you have multiple litter boxes if you have multiple cats to avoid any Bathroom Territory Disputes.
So when you give each kitty their Own Space, they will feel more comfortable knowing they have their own area to retreat to when they're tired or scared, and a Comfortable Kitty is a Sociable Kitty!!! Sharing personal areas like sleeping spaces is also a way domestic cats bond, I think getting the second bed really helped your fuzzy angels feel more at ease 🥺🫶💖💖💖💖
