I take this song as Mac talking to his younger self, and all of those younger individuals that have dreams of success, but never do anything to make those dreams a reality. Mac finally got off the couch and started achieving what he always wanted to. When he says, "My head be in the clouds, but my feet be on the pavement, " he is saying dream big, but put the work in to attain those dreams. Just my interpretation. One of the best albums of the last couple years IMO.

Mac, I come back to this album often. I have been through heartache I'm sure you can imagine. I just lost my oldest brother to stage IV cancer and it's made me feel dead inside.

I remember finding out when you passed. I was in my college library. My friend texted me with the news. I thought he was joking, so I googled it for myself. He was not joking. I started to feel the volcano of emotion. I walked to the bathroom and entered the nearest stall. I cried harder than I have ever cried. I mourned for 3 days after I found out.

I have only cried harder for my brother. Listening to your music makes me think of both of you.

I don't remember an album having so much depth. The replay value of this album is nothing short of amazing "Classic." Every song has character/feeling/ambition. How many artists just get by off name recognition, without putting their heart n' soul into their projects. Mac Miller comes from the thread of artists that will forever be engrained in the musical realm for putting themselves out there. Unapologetic. The proof is in the pudding! Everybody is entitled to their own opinion but, please respect the man for what he represented. To many people like shittin' on artists because they don't have the balls or ovaries to do what he did.

Woahhhh man.... I was with all my mates in a hotel room at like 4am and we were all coming off MDMA, smoking bongs and then we layed down on the floor in the room with this song playing on a big HD speaker and there’s something else about this song that sort of seperates it self from the album ( i can’t explain it) .... this song made my mind feel like i was travelling through space, I felt like Mac was the pilot and all I had to do was close my eyes to become the passenger, I had an absolute surreal feel to this song and so did all my friends,
I wish everyone could experience this song how i did.
