The judge in former President Trump's election interference case says she will not take the election schedule into account when determining the schedule for proceedings. Whatever Chutkan decides will be appealed. The hearing to debate and her decision to decide what evidence is in and out will likely happen before the election. But the actual trial will not because the case will be paused again as her decision is appealed, most likely up to the Supreme Court
