The bad part trading 212 not accepting new accounts for over 1 month

Biggest pointS for me to use etoro over trading212 is the copy trades, ark ETF's and the better take profit/stop loss feature.
Question: do the pies on trading 212 sync with each other? Example: i copy a pie from someone and they rebalance it, will it be rebalamced at my account as well?
