Please note that I get a lot of requests and questions about what equipment is ‘best’ for treating a variety of conditions. The following is not meant to be an exhaustive or definitive list. Please use it as a starting point. If you have questions, please discuss with your healthcare provider. With that said, I have tried a number of the products below, but not all. Best thing I've found for arthritis is eliminate all the inflammatory stuff from the diet (sugar, flour, certain oils, processed foods - pretty much switched to carnivore for 60 days then omnivore after that), drink bone broth, collagen peptides in my coffee. I once could barely walk in the morning when I got out of bed, knew in my joints the weather was changing well in advance, now I have no arthritic pain, can hike and bike with ease. Feels like I rolled back the clock 30+ years. It's awesome to be able to move freely and have no pain. 😊

I add turmeric to my morning protein drink as well as turmeric and ginger tea in the evening. I found it relieved a lot of pain in my arthritic left knee.

I have tried all of these. Baswellia Serrata caused my BP to go through the roof! Turmeric & curcumin did nothing, and glucosamine & chondroitin gave me gas and digestive issues. Here is what worked for me...Moringa by Pura Vita - 2 tabs twice a day and cutting way back on grains. Swelling and joint pain in my hands have disappeared!

I consulted my doctor who is also a pharmacist and she advised me to take glucosamine chondroitin due to its safe interaction with my current medications. She has validated and affirmed your presentation.

I saw your video more than a month ago and immediately went to purchase all three supplements. I have to say, it works well. It took a couple of weeks when I felt like the effects was getting better and better. After month I feel that it was the best thing I did with taking them all together. It decreased Pain, improved function and decreased stiffness. I’m very pleased with the reduced symptoms. Sometimes I feel like I don’t have arthritis. Have so much gratitude for your help from very high quality content. Thank you and happy holidays

I use all three of these. The turmeric is in the whole foods form. I grate it fine and heat with black pepper and ginger freshly grated. Add chicken broth and gelatin. Usually red pepper and garlic is in there. A savory tea. The only place i have trouble is in my spine where I fractured 5 vertebrae and compressed the discs between. I take Arnica Montana when I have to stand over the sink or stove for extended periods of time. Maybe once a week. I am 63. My work involves almost total sitting. Not good for the body.

you did NOT mention that turmeric is more effectively absorbed when taken WITH black pepper - which also seems to reduce pain

I've been taking 3000mg of Cod Liver Oil every morning for the past 15 years. I used to have pains in my elbow, big toe, knuckles and the base of my spine. I don't have these pains any more.

I take and give my elderly cats, glucosamine + Chondroitin . I take 1000mg and 1200mg with MSM 300mg. I give my cats a quarter of my capsule each. I looked up a feline supplement and noted 250 mg + 300mg + 300mg. Works out about 1/4 of a capsule. I mix it in a tube type treat you buy at the supermarket. Cats are more active and now climb up onto the couch and bed. I take 2 capsules a day but could make it twice a day. I’m going to add turmeric to my regimen.

One of the things that Dr. Peng doesn't mention about curcumin is it's poor bioavailablity. If you're going to take a curcumin product you should take one which has relatively high bioavailablitiy. Three different formulations of curcumin have this higher bioavailability: Longvida curcumin, Meriva curcumin, and Curowhite curcumin.

Curcumin is indeed effective.for joint pains. Omega 3 is, too, with the right dosage.and xombonof EHA and DHA.

I take moringa. It helps me a lot. Also, I make my own supplements. I buy powders of moringa, turmeric, willow bark and others. Then make my own capsules.
