That's one heck of a battle. I think Pogi was trying to recharge up by slowing down when Adam Yates was going full gas. This allowed him to compose himself and go on the attack eventually but nothing doing as he is well matched by Jonas. Will be an extremely interesting time trial after the rest day. And I have a feeling that this stage will seal the fate of the yellow jersey.

I thought Pogadcar would finally take seconds on Vingegaard in this very hard end of the stage suitable more for Tadej than not. Wonder how Tadej is going to take the yelloy jersey from Jonas, more likely not.

I think it s gonna be very hard for POGACAR to gain seconds from Vingegaard in time trail and it s gonna be pretty hard to get that Yellow jersey...i hope to be wrong but don t think so

Jonas had the measure of Pogi. Absolutely glued to that wheel - nice going. I was hoping WVA would drop back in the final 3km to pace Jonas and wreck Pogi - but oh well....

This was no master tactic by UAE....Pog was at his limit, couldnt drop Jonas at all. Perhaps he is tiring as the tour goes on....
