There was a time in Hawaii, you would find a wealthy buyer whiling to spend that kind of money in a vacation home. Park Lane had amazing penthouses too but stayed on the market forever and the developer had to convert to "smaller" units in order the sell out their inventory. The area is A++ prime location but not worth that kind of money....
