The Grim Reaper is the strongest tower in BTD 6 and was created by created by Kosmic and Baydock and recently added back by Kosmic! I think the grim reaper is mostly based on percent damage. So it could one shot a round 1000 BAD for example, but boss bloons are immune to percent damage because that would just be broken. So it relies on it’s regular attacks.

It can’t one shot a golden bloon because it sets ALL damage sources to 1.

Level 1 Helman shoots bloons with his 200 degree Celsius rifel
Level 2 Increased attack speed
Level 3 Ability: sacrifice 1000 money for a totem for double attack speed for 2 rounds on every monkey Level 4 more damage per shot
Level 5 Double speed
Level 6 Can now hit camo and lead
Level 7 Ability: Can place smoke bombs on the track which can pop 50 bloons
Level 8 Helman can now boost all snipers for double damage
Level 9 Now Helman can boost all snipers for double speed
Level 10 Ability: can turn all bloons exept MOABS around for 10 seconds
Level 11 Now triple damage for all snipers
Level 12 Now make snipers 25% cheaper
Level 13 Make upgrades 15% cheaper on the sniper
Level 14 2 free upgrades on the sniper
Level 15 Triple Helman's attack speed
Level 16 Level 10 Ability can affect all MOABS exept from a BAD
Level 17 25% less expensive upgrades on the sniper
Level 18 A free sniper every round
Level 19 Quadruple attack speed
Level 20 Ability: can call down a NUKE for massive damage
