i believe alot of the so called mental and physical "problems" that come from constant isolation comes from the isolated individual hating and fearing being alone. when you gain a real appreciation for solitude, you see it is not to be feared, but instead preferred to being social. people can hurt you far worse than you can hurt yourself.

I’m pretty much alone for 5 last years even tho these are my high school uni years. Acne is killing my confidence, only last year I’ve started to heal up thank to accutaien but still have work to do in 2024. And now I fell im weak and unworthy cuz don’t have a source or income ( I’m finishing uni this year)
Hopefully in 2025-2026 I ll have a handle on this things and start living life
