Excellent meterology discussion. Simplied it for us. Love meterology. You're the best educator. Keeping it simple for us to understand. THANK YOU. I'm in North Port . Remembering IAN ...it circled above our house/no fun.

Be ALERT Everyone. The hurricane that hit Naples & Ft Myers a few years crossed over Cuba at night as a "tropical depression" then over night (literally) it built to a Cat 4 when it hit the gulf of Mexico/northside of Cuba then hit at a Cat 5.

When it comes close to Florida the water is very shallow and very HOT HOT water which will grow this storm.

PREPARE! 💪 Help your neighbors & family too. Especially, the Elderly neighbors.

Wishing everyone all the best. 💙🙏

Paying close attention to this one. I’m just North of Cedar Key in Dixie County. We are still recovering from Idalia last Year.

This guy nailed it like a man over any other sites that I've watched. Very impressive!! That is gut/old school meteorology. Not following spaghettios....

CAREFULLY watching from Ocala, FL. The EURO track has it coming inland very close to Cedar Key (40 miles west of me.) Thanks.

Gulf water temps off the SW Fla coast have been upwards of 87-degrees! Prime energy pump for low pressure system development. Haven't heard any weather station mention the tides in Ft. Myers, Charlotte Harbor, and/or Tampa Bay. With the lower winds, the tides may not be all that formidable or threatening.

Great to see you Mr Rayno. Icon model showing storm over mid Atlantic area with flooding rain here. Any chance for very long wintry weather here which is very rare these decades.😅❤
