Biggest Black Hole in the Universe 😱

This NASA animation sizes up the biggest known black holes in the Universe (Phoenix A not included!). The black holes are scaled according to the sizes of their shadows – circular zones about twice the size of their event horizons. Note: most of the captions in the video reflect the names of the galaxies in which black holes reside.

Wait a second, did you just mention Andromeda Galaxy? it is a galaxy, man. Way larger than Black holes.

It looks like TON 618 really is huge. Currently, as of 2024, it is 40.7 billion times the size of The Sun. The biggest black hole in The Milky Way, Gaia BH-3, is well over a million times smaller than that black hole. So, this black hole (TON 618) really surprised us.
