Not to be morbid, but this is the song I am having played at my brother's celebration of life. He has had stage four colorectal cancer for 15 years and they gave him a year to live - 15 years ago. He is autistic and developmentally delayed - the autism has saved his life. He just goes through it, no emotion, no fear, just this iron-will desire to live. I have prayed so many times for God to take it off of him and put it on me, but that would have negated the incredible ministry my brother has sustained over the last 15 years. Losing him will break my heart, but I hold on to the spark of hope that one day, I will meet him on the other side, fully healed, gregarious, funny, loving and whole. Thank you for this song.

Do you know Philipp Mickenbecker? This song was played on his funeral 😢. I still have tears in my eyes listening to this song. "Tell my Mama to dry her eyes, I'll be home on the other side..." Wow, when Philipps mum stood by the grave.
When I was a teenager I lost my father. This song is sad but full of happiness and gives courage. I'm glad that one day I'm in heaven with Jesus Christ 🙏.

My brother passed in August of 2020.. The day he passed I was driving listening to Christian music on the radio and I heard this song for the first time. It meant a lot an resonated as he was handicapped and verse about not being broken just struck me. His birthday was in October and I just happened to turn to the same radio station on my drive into work and this song was on and I saw a beautiful sunrise. All I could do was smile as I knew he was okay.

Thanks for the reminder my grandparents, Dad are in heaven with Jesus. I can imagine my Granny and her mother up there sining with the angels. My dad was a pastor and loved singing. This song brings me to tears every time I hear it because it is so moving to think about how hard it is to live after you've lost a loved one. I keep telling my family I want this played at the end of my funeral. I want them to hear the gospel as they're leaving and to know that I'm with Jesus and to not be sad about it.
