I tried them first when doing kimchi myself. Now I add them anywhere and I love them! But who doesn't who already loves garlic?

Iranians call it "tareh" and it's great in ghormes sabzi, and sabzi polo as the garlicky part of your herb line up 😅 and sometimes we just eat it as a side with bunch of other herbs

Garlic and onions growing outside so I have fresh garlic chives and green onion year around. They are really easy to grow and they survive frost and heat.

I grow these! Found them at a local plant exchange. Delicious and grow very fast! You could probably grow them in a window box in your apartment.

There's a thai dumpling you can make with them called guichai tod. I used to eat a lot of them when I was a kid in krungthep. Something about them is just satisfyingly crunchy, chewy, garlicky and the dumpling sauce gives it a deep, savoury and sweet boost in flavour. It's vegan as well so everyone can give it a go
