So I said that Miku is the guitarist because I was going off the kpop way. We call the main person the first and lead person is the second.

ex. in a group with lots of singers: the MAIN SINGER is the one who sings the most/best at singing and a LEAD SINGER would be the second to the MAIN SINGER.
And then there's sub-vocalist who wouldn't have many lines as they are not a main singer, but in those cases they might/could be a main/lead rapper or dancer and so on and so on......

so I was thinking Kanami is the main guitarist and Miku the lead as in second.

Yay. This is my favorite. There used to be another version live of this from three years ago but it's no longer available since they switched labels. This was gonna be an instrumental but Saiki loved is so much that she asked Miku to put lyrics to it. You'll noticed Akane almost made Saiki laugh during their funny face face off. Thank you so much.

My favorite moment is when Akane almost makes Saiki laugh when she is making faces at her! These ladies have so much pure joy when on stage, Po! When the small Pigeon says sing, we sing! Miku does backing vocals and rhythm guitar, and Kanami is lead guitar. Misa and Akane are the best rhythm section in music 🎶 at the moment, Po! Saiki is in her element when she is in control on stage! Domination is the next song from this concert, btw! Enjoy Band-Maid Friday!

As a lifelong musician, I think it's neat to hear different people's reactions and descriptions of music, instruments and how everything interacts.

Here's a breakdown of each instrument and its role (I'm NOT criticizing you, just providing info)
Lead Guitar: This guitar plays the solos and more melodic lines. Kanami is the lead guitar.
Rhythm guitar: This is Miku (founder). Rhythm guitar plays more rhythmic parts meant as accompaniment to the other instruments.
Drums: Provide rhythm, drive, pulse, and groove to a song. Drums are "the engine" of the band's propulsion.
Bass: Its look and mechanics are that of a guitar. Its function is completely different. Bass provides the low notes and the groove notes. A bass's role is to provide a kind of "glue" between the guitar and the drums. It helps to define the tonality as well as "lock in" (be very precise) with the drums. That way, the drums can be the percussive part of the propulsion, and the bass can do the same thing, but with pitched notes.

As a bass player myself, I can tell you that MISA is amazing. Her uniqueness, drive, tone, melodicness, technique, and LARGE SOUND.... not to mention impeccable propensity for playing things that groove, are rarely found in any musician. I'm so glad you have decided to listen to bass more! Keep up the great work!

Ohh sorry I didn't understand about the flower. I'll get one for next week! Did you notice at 4:59 Saiki's voice breaks with a laugh after Akane impersonates a gorilla. Young Japanese girls and women love to make funny faces they call it hengao. They usually write songs like this- Miku tells Kanami the type of song, Kanami writes guitar parts (she records both parts and teaches Miku 1 later), Akane finds her place, Misa finds her place, Miku writes lyrics and tell Saiki how to sing it, Saiki decides when the song is finished when she gets tired of doing it over and over. So you have Miku to thank for the up and down melody of the vocals. Saiki's voice is her toy.
