Fallout 4: Proof that Father is not Shaun!

In listening to these three monologues you can determine that the same person that was the director at the time of Shaun's actual kidnapping was the one that had Kellogg wait in his house with Synth Shaun to lure you after him. Also, the director of the Institute at the time that Father claims he was kidnapped as he claims he is Shaun is a woman instead of an old man that Kellogg refers to.

there is actually hard prove that says Father is not Shaun

During wandering throught Kellogs memories, in scene where Shaun was taken to the Institute, you can actually hear Diamond City radio. Either Father lied about being Shaun, or same guy was managing Radio for 60 years

I do agree he isn't Shaun in my mind at least.
My theory, is that he wanted to raise the child as his own. Even going as far as using surgery to alter his appearance based on computer simulations on what Shaun would look like. Being all "You got your looks from me Shaun". To have him later take over, as well as use his untainted DNA for the Synth projects.
But then two things happened..
1. He got that aggressive Cancer.
2. Shaun learned the truth and started to be against him.
He would later have his team build a synth based on shaun and the earlier memories they recorded. Not just because of that but also..
The real shaun... Ran away with the help of a Synth Courier who gained emotion. Later self terminating after getting Shaun in the hands of someone who could keep him safe.
Either that or got himself reprogrammed by the railroad, later becoming.. Sturges.
Who knows where the real shaun is, but sometimes it's better to assume you already found him.
After all, what was the point in killing all the vault members. Could have kept them ALL alive in case of further use, reprogram every pod so they thaw only when remotely signaled to.
Plus Kellogg only had that one brain implant, nothing else. I doubt he would look that young if it really was 50+ years since shaun was taken, now 10 years.. Makes more sense.

Father says it has been 60 years, Godsworth proves that wrong. First thing Codsworth says when you get home is you have been gone 200 years.

The holotape is the broken mask incident. There is not a single piece of evidence that can’t be disproven that says Father is not Shaun. In fact, there is more evidence to prove he is.

I feel like there are only a couple ways father is shaun. 1 is if the old man he is referring to in this memory isnt father. 2 is if the baby was somehow replaced by a synth. 3 is there have been more than one father. Cause how can father already exhist if shaun is in the cryo chamber.
