The best part is Patience knew she never turned Sam into stone, but believed her prayers to Gof made it happen. And even if she knew Sam was never turned into stone, she liked the power it gave her when the other ghosts were begging her to reverse it.

Can anybody take a moment to sympathize with poor Jay? He actually thought his wife had been petrified and that he'd damaged her beyond repair or resurrection? When I think what these ghosts and his wife put him through, I really feel sympathy for his character.
