if the image of the robot doesn't show on the app and bluetooth doesn't work . change the REGION to MAINLAND CHINA, then the app will sort a new catalog for that country. else the app will not show. in short Language = English... Country = China. The select the Mi Robot and will work

Mai 2021 - Vorsicht: Die Mi Home App funktioniert nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr. Karte wird bei jedem Start neu erstellt, editierte Bereiche werden alle verworfen und der Saugrobotor fährt plötzlich unkontrolliert und völlig ineffizient herum. Nachzulesen bei Google Playstore und Amazon. Rezensionen einfach nach Datum sortieren. Absoluter Fail!

This connection procedure is a chaotic mess.
1. I don't understand what's actually happening there.
2. Is the robot connected through the router or is it connected directly to the phones WiFi?
3. Does it need an actual internet connection while connecting the robot to the smartphone?
4. And does it need dangerous crap like UPnP for this?
5. At 01:18 it says 'keep router, phone and device close together" why the router? The smartphien isn't connected to the router anymore and the robot cannot be connected to the router, yet, due to the lack of the router's wifi key.
