Hi to empty the dustbin on the S10 you have to pry off air filter. Is there a compatible dustbin that is hinged? I dont need mopping function...so dont need to worry about water compatrment.... so is there any other model such as E10 dustbin that is hinged that would fit the S10?

Olá obrigado pelo video!
O meu quando inicia no modo de sucção turbo ele fica uns 10 minutos só depois cai pro médio e nao funciona mais no turbo, só se reiniciar a limpeza. Sabe dizer se todos S10 são assim?

I've been searching but I can't find the answer. On the map screen top right there are 2 buttons. The top one I know is for area clean but can anyone tell me what the second one does (looks like a map pin)

I have w problem with my device. When i choose option vacuum and mop, and i select area prohibited for mopping, it doesn't even enter selected area to vacuum it, even tough its only closed for mopping. Anyone can help please?

I bought 1 nd fst it scand the house quickly but didnt clean all the areas of the house until the 3rd cleaning and doesnt move in zigzag or y shape. just forward and it rotates..is that normal
