UK PM Boris Johnson rejects calls for no deal Brexit in election pitch

With a UK general election set to be held in December, which is ahead of schedule, Prime Minister Boris Johnson has drawn an angry backlash from Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage after he rejected calls to drop his Brexit deal and embrace the no-deal option. The prime minister had previously pledged to take Britain out of the EU with or without a deal by the end of October.
