27 Minutes core crusher oblique workout with no equipment.

Hi everyone,

this is one of my favorite core workouts focused on the obliques. I personally do not take a lot of breaks but if you feel you need a break do so.

I would love to hear from you about this exercise.

Just some info for those who plan on doing this!

This video is broken down into 3 sets each 9 minutes long consisting of the same 18 workouts
Each set is broken down into 3 sections: right side, left side, and then general core workouts
Each section is 3 minutes long consisting of 6 workouts

I'm not sure if this will help anyone, but it becomes easier to get through the workouts when I think of it like this!

I’ve done this workout a couple of times in the past week and I’m already seeing a drastic difference in my abs! It’s exactly what I needed in my workout routine :)

I've done it 6 times in 2 weeks and have done it until the first break at 9:45, rather than for the whole video. Today was the first time, I made it to the break at 9:45 without taking my own breaks in between. It definitely makes a huge difference and is one of the best videos I've found for ab workouts on YouTube.

The side exercises hurt in my butt. I can't do them. I think it's because I have no butt and my bones are on the ground. Even a pillow didn't help

When I first found this workout I thought there will be a lot of different exercises, but it ended up being like 3 sets of one 10 min workout. No hate tho! I find it really challenging! I was on fire on the last round

I'm doing this workout at least 4 times a week leading up to my student! I'll pair this up with jogging and other workouts + yoga and clean eating like I usually do 🙌🏽💪🏽 let's gooo

I really liked! One of the hardest oblique abs workout I’ve done, but it get bored as soon as I realized the 3 rounds were the same. I did until the 3rd round started...
