Pro tip. Shop at oriental stores for Raw items like organs and muscles. I spend $45-55 a month on everything I need to feed Raw to my GSD. Cheaper than most high end dog kibble.

It does not have to be expensive yall.

Can you do a podcast on this? What to feed raw and how much of each? And how to do so safely or hygienically? Also raw vs. cooked? Thanks

I actually have three dogs that I walked about 3 times a week, about 2-3 miles each time. Sometimes more. They all lived to about 20. They were the only ones I walked that much, and lived so much longer than the ones that I didn’t walk as much.

Anybody else just always waiting for a Tom Davis upload 😅

I might try feeding raw when I get my own dogs, because at the moment I don’t have the choice… thanks Tom!

When you feed your fogs Raw Meat you can see tge change in tgeir health right away, even if they have no problems. The first thing you'll see is their Coats change completely, they shed the old coat, you can See and Feel the New Coat Real Soft, Silky & Shinny, (their coats always tell you their health condition because it reflects their kidnys condition), then everything else change, they are happy with great energy, they are healthy, feel good!

My bully is allergic to everything it seems. Going to try raw chicken. Do I need to include veggies or anything else?

Ive been making my dog chicken and peas+carrots for the last year or so. He eats regular dog food kibble on occasion but he absolutely loves the new stuff we cook for him. We always sneak in the carrots and peas even though they aren’t his favorite. He also may be the only dog in history that hates peanut butter. He sniffs it and says “nope, not for me”.

My bully 13 he’s always eaten kibble and can food. What contributes to longevity is activities, kids, dog friends and annual vet visits. Cute clothes and always telling him he’s adorable.

Dog trainer and dog health coach here
Love the channel and your methods and perspective.
Get what you pay for is a pretty good word picture
I also say “spend the money today on good food, or spend it tomorrow on vet bills”.
Regardless, the cost of having a dog ends up being the same.

All 3 dogs of mine are on raw food. They still get some kibble for vitamins and minerals. I by a variety of meats, what ever is on sale plus organ meat. They also get 2 raw eggs a day. They also get a homemade chicken bone broth on their food.

They are doing well but i would like to not buy kibble at all.

Even if one can't feed raw, doing homemade dog food is a great option too!! I've had dogs my whole life that ate kibble and lived until 13+ years, but they had some health problems and issues throughout their lives... We currently have two almost 2 year old GSDs and I started making them food at home and we almost immediately saw a VAST difference in their energy levels, health of their coat, lack of allergies in our male, and they stopped getting into things/chewing up our kids toys, training became even easier. They just seem happier! Anytime we have gone back to kibble, they become a nightmare 🤣 and the best part of homemade is their poop doesn't smell 🤣🤣🤣 and there is less!

I'd like to introduce my dogs to a raw diet. They're not gaining weight with their kibble. The more they eat the more they poop and no weight gain. One is a German shepherd and the other is my foster amstaff. He has mastiff and St. Bernard in him. But he's med sized. The vet says they're fine. Is there something I can start to introduce to them so I can transition them to raw?
