I’m unable to recover my outlook account. I forgot my password but I finally found my original password but now it says my account is blocked because of too many failed login attempts. And I have no recovery information setup and no recovery phone number.

I am still logged in, in my app. But I cannot reset my password because of no recovery information

Microsoft really needs to start having people into helping costumers than letting it to chat bots. I get nowhere with it. I've being trying to log in to my account for several days. I can't even reset my password because i haven't provided with enough info that i am the true owner of that account. But how am i gonna prove that i do own it, when the only things they ask me to share is previous passwords and info about any previous purchase with microsoft. I have done none of that so what else is there to prove that i own it? i want my account back, migrating my minecraft from mojag to you guys was a mistake

There is no such thing as Microsoft support. Absolutely zero. Had nothing but problems with Microsoft from day one. Emails ect. Nothing works properly.

If you made an account with the phone number that you used to have before your mom stop paying for it, and months later someone else get the number so you no longer have it, but you still use the same account with the same number on your new phone with a new phone number. And, you tried for years to change it but your website won’t let me because why not. And, finally yesterday you get an message saying that the phone number was removed and I have to sign in on another account, but the problem is that you paid for Minecraft Realms and you no longer have the account anymore, so you lost your Microsoft account you been using for years and spent money on. Only for you guys to removed my account because your dumbass site won’t let me change my number to my current number so I can still keep everything instead of the number. And, now someone is using that number for their Microsoft account with a different email account stating with Jo.

Microsoft never help us i have forgotten my password and never it was restored this is like if your password is lost it only asks enter mails u have contacted but if it is new account then no solution, nothing microsoft services are worst cheating with people
