Great review!! I really enjoyed the camera work on this video. The pan outside and accenting different angles and just the clarity of images...just beautiful. I would love this car but I am just a little too fat to fit comfortably. Guess I am stuck with my ls430 for now. Would love to see a review of the top level with a 6 speed manual. Keep em coming gentlemen.

Just in case my experience is useful.

I have the 2020 Toyota Corolla SE, with the upgrade package. Almost a year now. I love it, including the screen that some complaint.

I find the screen easy to use and simple, which to me is good. No problems with visibility and in my opinion is safer than screens in lower positions. My son has a Honda, and I have driven it several times and I find the screen of the Toyota, safer and easier. Before someone says that this is because I'm old, technology is not a problem for me, I have a background in programming and computer repair. Is just, for me, the position makes it safer.

Just for curiosity I have driven it on sport, normal and manual. Some days I use sport all day, others manual.

I'm a boomer generation person, so I have driven manual and automatic for many years. I like them both, each one of them has a good and bad side. I love the cvt in my car. No complains so far.

Some people say... is a car to drive from point A to B, nothing else. To me is fun, I enjoy driving long distances, I love driving fast, but not illegal or aggressive driving. When I was a young man I used to love racing, so it feels nice and fun when I use sport, or manual, and go from 0 to 60km or to 100km very easily.

I enjoy driving it on sport. Of course I realize is not a sport car, but in sport it reacts and feels better. I also use manual some times.

Mine does not have back-up warning system.

Originally I leased the car planning to drive a lot as normally I visit clients in other cities, and family in the U.S. but not since the COVID. So far only about 18k Km. I was planning at least 24K, lol.

The only complaint, wind noise on highway. Nothing that I cannot handle or that would make me feel bad about this vehicle. So far about 18k km.
