How come when i connect my apple car play, the volume BLASTS ALL THE WAY UP😭 It’s so loud and i try turning it down on the car and with my phone but it doesn’t work, it just stays at MAX‼️😭 How do i fix this plsss

Do I always have to plug via USB to use ACP?

My CarPlay does not work no matter what I try. I use the correct cord and USB port. I also made sure I had it enabled in my phone. Whenever I plug my phone in nothing happens. It does not give me the option to enable it in the settings of the car. Maybe it was never installed on my vehicle?
