Some of the alchemy cards are kinda fun, but mechanics like heist is what made me make my own paper cube

I hope they eventually release another Midweek Magic around Cube Draft, because I want to try it out as well. Still hard to play because of how you'll choose the good from the better, but I want to learn and play better.

that first game had some big throws like when you had the chance to bestow your phoenix before attacks which would have gotten the extra two damage

i think in the 2nd pack u should have went for ajani and go for w/r agro that would have been much better with the possible picks in the 2nd packs

I don’t know whether I’m just not a super experienced drafter, but could you explain why fetch lands are so strong in 2 colour decks? I never understood their value over just duel lands when you’re only in 2 colours

32:00 very poor play to cast the Lutri in response to the spellbinder. You knew your only chance was to draw burn and go face, you knew they likely had some counter effect and Lutri was a way to get around that by copying the spell in response. You also had plenty of mana to cast Lutri even if it was made more expensive. Mega punished by actually drawing the bolt as well.
