For people asking if their specs can run GTA V on PC I'm gonna give you the minimum requirements
Operating System - Windows 7
Processor - Quad Core
RAM - 4 GB
Graphics - 1 GB
And in the settings of GTA V there is a meter telling how much memory is being used in your Graphics Card
