Why clients cancel their appointments? Real reasons 😏

It could be raining and I won’t cancel my appointment on my nail tech. I even been through storms. I called her and I said I am on my way and it was so flooded on a lot of streets. I still made it to my appointment. She was laughing, but everyone else canceled. I didn’t because it’s like hard to get an appointment because my appointments are from January to December already scheduled. 😂😂 🇵🇷

I have severe anxiety & I don't make many appointments ahead of time as when I try to get ready to leave the house, it rears its ugly head & back to bed I go!!

one time my bf got in a car accident before my hair appointment and he didnt have phone service so he needed to borrow my phone. she was confused when i had to cancel "so my bf can use my phone"

I do my own nails now but back in the day we didn't have any salons that did appointments. They were the walk- in Asian salons. We had 2 but I preferred 1 over the other cuz they were nicer n did better work.

I never cancel .. if I have a beauty appointment booked then by GAWD it’s cos need it haha.. I need all the help I can get 🤣

However.. my beautician cancels and moves me around every other appointment though to be fair but I live right by the salon so it doesn’t really bother me.
I have known her for years and she always does her best to squeeze me in even if she’s stacked so I’m always happy to take a cancellation or late night appointments 👍👍

Wow, I have only canceled it because I literally just was not gonna make it but I sleep in so I don’t schedule them early and I only get them like once every few years so it’s pretty easy to be on time
