i swear Oroku Saki never needed his armor to cause fear in both us the viewer and those under him, he had such a pressence about him, how he spoke, how he held himself in conversations rarely raising his voice and keeping it at a near constant monotone level

I always enjoyed Scottie Ray’s performance as the Shredder. He always gave off those Darth Vader vibes, even while he was Oroku Saki without his armor. His voice feels unsettlingly threatening, but yet very serious at the same time. Every time he’s on screen, you know he’s not messing around; this Shredder means business.
