I recently became a YouTube subscriber to your channel. Great information and content....your new mic is great 🙂

I had a question I was hoping you could answer. Is it possible to use a custom GPT from OpenAi and actions with Zapier to have the following happen:

1. User is prompted by the custom GPT to enter something in the chat box like a name.
2. That name is then populated to an Excel file using Zapier actions.
3. Then a specific result from a Cell from that same Excel file is returned back to the user into original custom GPT chat.

Thanks to your videos, I have been successfully able to handle Step 1 & 2 above, but I am not sure how to do Step 3.

Can you offer any suggestions?

Hi, the URL import wasn't working, it was because I was accessing ChatGPT from Colombia. Whith a VPN, through USA, it worked . Someone from Brazil had the same problem

Great video! Your explanation is much more clearer than the Zapier guide. I tried to set up AI actions to make GPTs create Google Tasks. But I found it failed to create multiple tasks through the week. Is it because that we can only use One Action at one time. Or is it because I did not give out clear instructions to let GPT run several times of the actions.

Hey Corbin, another question for you. If I create a GPT and set up a list of AI Actions by Zapier and I want to share this GPT with my team who all have GPT Plus accounts does this mean:

1. They would be limited to the actions that I set up
2. If they were to have the GPT perform a Zapier action, would it prompt them to log in to Zapier and set up the actions so it can be performed on their account OR
would the action that they want to perform be done using my Zapier automation that I originally created?
3. If you're sharing a GPT with AI Actions by Zapier publicly, how does this all work?

such a informative vid ! but i faced a problem, and I can't find any help with that.If i using some action that some field need Ai to guess, and it is a must value, it will go wrong . such as, if I using trello, and say, find a card named "gpt test", and comment below "gpt test comment", it will always go wrong since I dont want to specify the field "card", what can I do?
