Can we make Korma And Paratha?

We love an extra hot, nutty korma and haven't managed to find a great one in Mauritius. When I saw this video of a lady fluffing up flaky gorgeous looking parathas, I knew we had to try make this and dip it into korma sauce. Does anyone know somewhere in Mauritius that serves flaky paratha or a great korma?

Also when you cover your Farata whilst waiting for the others to cook, use a tea towel in there to trap the steam and keep it soft. Otherwise you end up with dry crispy farata
