You can do this in vanilla with the landscaping tools, but he did it with mods. Only thing is, the landscaping tools are unlocked at the _Tiny Town_ milestone.

the real way to do it is not have highways. I've got a city without a single highway in the current owned tiles and the traffic is fine at every entrance

u should make the most complicated yet neat looking highway interchange in cities skyline

I usually use this highway exit but when you hav a city with a population of 25k you start to hav a strong traffic in the avenue, also you can fix it a little with TMPE but not always works :c

The junction is pretty good at some places, but if preferably choose a Roundabout over it.

Many say to use a diverging-diamond, but those still use 2 lights. A single-point intersection only uses one.

diamond interchange is only the best one for areas that u plan to be small. it clogs up badly with higer populations
