Your system does not use a 3D hardware acceleration

Thing is, my laptop isn't supposed to have Windows 10 but I upgraded to it anyways. I'm sure that Blender was working for me before and now I can't use it anymore. (PS, Blender is now available on Steam for importing/exporting model and more purposes)
I got the same error as always about openGL 2.1 support not avaliable

I don't know if this is appropriate but i cant get any sound on my blender software, and i don't mean when rendering, just in general while i'm editing in vse i cant hear anything what so ever.I watched videos saying that under user preferences you should be able to change the sound type from "openal" to "sdl" but i don't have that option and i have a chrome book and was wondering if that was the reason?
