I am testing a two step form and on the second and last page the next button is visible and i can't find a way for it not to appear. It's the last step so the next button shouldn't be there. Can you help me with this?

Is there any way to link two forms together? So when the user puts their "url" and "email" in the CTA (1st form); the second page loads with a full form (2nd form) asking for more information. But I'm looking for the second page (2nd form) to load the information the user already put in on the first CTA (1st form)
