1:19 I always thought that Fallout 3 was a little optimistic about the level of devastation in and around Washington DC.
The city would look worse than depicted A DAY after the bombs fell, let alone 200 years later.
On the other hand...no intact structures would have made for a rather pointless game.
And yes, as long as nukes are in existence...thermonuclear war is inevitable.
All Empires crumble and fall. All of them throughout human history.
However, until July 16th 1945...none had the ability to take everybody else with them.
