What if the css file contains @import('other.css'), how we can compile that css also?

what if you want nodejs to read index.html only say under Nodejs folder in your example? Can you still stop everyone from download all files in that folder? Can index.html locate the css, js and other files in that nodejs folder or any subsfolder such as assets, files, etc.?
