While still holding parry drive rush when the opponent is on the way down. If you try and drive rush after you’ll waste a little meter that’s why the lv.2 won’t work.
The reason it works is because when you drive rush(while still holding parry) terry loses half a bar but gains it back when doing the Cr. Hp xx Df. Hp and Cr. Hp xx Df. pp and then the rest of the combo
