I just want to see the volcanoes 🌋Stromboli, Etna, Vesuvius, Phlegraean Fields, Sabatini, Vulcano 🌋 Then eat my way back from Sicily to Milan. Now that's a trip

There is so much to see in Italy that unless you got at least a month is a good idea to visit different areas during different trips over several months/years,

If you got a couple extra days you can hop on a train from Rome to Naples to try the original Italian pizza ✨

Awesome. My daughter is learning Italian as her third language. I told her that when she learn enough we'll go there. She just started.

Italy is lik an open-air museum!
I've visited almost all of it! Do not forget about Montepulciano, Urbino, Siena, Perugia, Napoli, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Amalfi coast and many more ❤🤗

Everybody just needs to do what they want/need. I now prioritize travel over a fancy, large house or new car. I'm disabled and on a strict budget. I am returning to Italy for two months and Paris for one. I have been blessed to travel by car on previous trips through nine countries and am now concentrating on my favorite cities and feeding my addictions to museums, history and food 😅😊❤

Very similar to our trip (post uni, with 4 friends). We had rented a car, and let me tell you, Rome streets are CONFUSING!! Also, when we found a tiny, out-of-the-way villa, we enjoyed the calm, beauty so much, we chose to switch up our plans, just to stay an extra night. Don’t be too concerned with all the huge sights… just enjoy!!
PS. At one point we toured underground tunnels, and it was gloriously chilly (as we were there in June and spent most of the vacation bathed in heat). The tour guide thought it was funny that we all refused complimentary jackets, and laughed when we explained we were Canadians!! We were like, “Bring on the cold!” ❤

I did like 2.5 days in Rome, hopped on a train to stay in Salerno, took ferries to positano and capri, last day went to Pompeii the. Hopped on a train to Venice for three days (visited Murano and burano) then hopped on a train back to Rome to fly home. It was the most memorable trip I’ve ever had in my life and I wish I had a Time Machine to go back!!!!

Could you do a video on a 10 day rural trip? Ft. Lakes, mountains, or villages?

I very much appreciate and enjoy your videos! You are LOVELY!
My ADHD can't handle the MUSIC track on this one. With kindness in my heart, I'm sharing that it's over used and just too LOUD so that it's completely drowning you out. You have a lot to cram into seconds so talking that fast plus the loud music... 🤯🙏❤️☺️

Can you make one for the “hidden gems” of Italy? Spots that tourists usually don’t know about

Must see in Italy: Venice, Bologna and Turin! Less famous than Milan and Florence but totally worth a visit while in northern Italy. Trust me, I am Italian!

Go to San Felice Circeo in July/August (fly into Rome, rent a car, it is an hour drive South) - rent a holiday home with a garden, enjoy the beaches, the Circeo, the restaurants, takes day trip to Rome, take a day trip to Naples (Pompeii and Vesuv) and a day trip to Isola di Ponza by ferry. The rest just relaxx on the beach and eat and eat and eat all the gorgeous Italian food (and a bit of shopping, of course)

Tips: spend a few days in the big cities and visit them well, but to relax go to small countryside villages.
